Naomi Watts
Naomi Ellen Watts, born 28 September 1968, is a British actress. She made her debut in film in Australia in For Love Alone (1986) and was followed by three TV shows: Hey Dad.. (1990), Brides of Christ (911) and Home and Away (1991) and Flirting (1991). After making the move to the United States, Watts initially struggled as an actress, playing roles in smaller-scale films until she appeared in David Lynch's psychological thriller Mulholland Drive in 2001 as an actress who was aspiring. Her rise to global fame was brought about by this part. Watts then portrayed a tortured journalist in the film adaptation of The Ring (2002).
