Mila Kunis
American
actress born on August 14th in 1983. At the age of 14, she began her role as
Jackie Burkhart in the Fox television series That'70s Show (1998-1906). Since
1999, Kunis has voiced Meg Griffin on the Fox animated series Family Guy.
Kunis's breakthrough film role was in 2008 when she played Rachel in the
romantic comedy Forgetting Sarah Marshall. The same critical acclaim as well as
praises were awarded for her performance as Rachel in the psychological
thriller Black Swan (2010). In this film, she was nominated to the Marcello
Mastroianni Award, the Golden Globe Award, and nominations for the SAG Award,
and the Golden Globe Award, for Best Supporting Actress. Her other notable
films include Max Payne (2008) and The Book of Eli (2011) The romantic comedy
Friends with Benefits (2010) The fantasy film Oz the Great and Powerful (2013)
where she appears as the Wicked Witch of the West. Ted (2012) and Bad Moms
(2016) are also among her most viewed films. Milena Markovna Kunis was the
child of an Ukrainian Jewish family. She was born on 14 August 1983 in
Chernivtsi (now Ukraine) to a Ukrainian Jewish mother and father. Mark Kunis,
her mechanical engineer father, is employed as taxi driver. Kunis is the oldest
sister of Michael. Her grandparents survived the Holocaust. Her mother tongue
and typical language spoken in the family is Russian.
