Natalie Dormer
was born on 11 February 1982. She is an English actress. She has been awarded
an Empire Award and been nominated for two Gemini Awards, two Critics' Choice
Awards, and two Screen Actors Guild Awards. Dormer was born in Reading
(Berkshire) and made her television debut in the role of Anne Boleyn in the
Showtime series The Tudors. This role earned her widespread praise. Her stage
debut was in the production Sweet Nothings (2010) and was the Duchess in York
in Madonna's film W.E. (2011), Private Lorraine in Captain America The First
Avenger (2011). The performance she gave in After Miss Julie (2012) at the
Young Vic was praised. Dormer was acknowledged for her performances in After
Miss Julie (2012) at the Young Vic. She was also the voice of Onica in The Dark
Crystal: Age of Resistance (2018), Sara Price Jess Price in The Forest (2016),
and Irene Adler/Moriarty in the CBS series Elementary (2013)-15. Her character
in Penny Dreadful: City of Angels the miniseries about Penny Dreadful, was
highly and highly acclaimed. Dormer was born on the 11th of February 1982 in
Reading, Berkshire (England) as the daughter of Gary Dormer & Claire
Richards. She is also the sister of Samantha Dormer and Mark Dormer.
